COYOTE Measurement is a software-as-a-service platform that provides terminal load management, producer reconciliation, and reporting capabilities for crude oil terminal operations. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You may use the Service solely for lawful business purposes related to terminal operations, measurement, and reconciliation in accordance with these Terms.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
